If you're unsure if the boots will fit then please check out our size guide or get in touch so we can help you out before you buy.
Whilst every care is taken to provide great quality boots, ultimately, we are a reseller, not a manufacturer and therefore only able to guarantee the authenticity of the boots we sell.
We are unable to hold responsibility for the performance, durability or longevity of the boots.
We recommend checking reviews of all boots and the surfaces they can be used on prior to purchase. We are unable to give refunds.

Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed after 12 pm will only be processed the following day.
For all orders you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and how to track your order.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.
Please contact us via Instagram (SOCCERSHOP14) or E-Mail (SOCCERSHOP14@gmail.com) and state your name and order number. Once this has been sent we'll send you the address which your items need to be sent back too.
We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.
Once the item has been received to the given address you'll receive a full refund and you can repurchase your desired boots.
Revocation right for consumers
(A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.)
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of outward delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

After the shipment has been received at the specified address, we will check the delivery for completeness and the condition of the returned goods. If the goods are in the same condition as before shipment, you will be credited the full invoice amount excluding shipping costs and any other non-refundable costs. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
Due to a high volume of orders, there may be considerable delays in processing the refund. We will keep you up to date here.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed, to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. We also reserve the right not to take back certain products (soccer boots) after use. Product defects can occur again and again with this type of product (sometimes soccer boots over 5-10 years old) due to e.g. - loosening of the adhesive, tearing of the sole etc. When selling used products (which are clearly described and illustrated in the product description), we also reserve the right not to accept returns. In this case, the buyer bears 100% of the risk.

Germany, SOCCERSHOP14@gmail.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
